If you want a therapist who sits behind a clipboard, checking off little boxes, and analyzing every little thing you say, I am probably not the therapist for you. I believe in active, solution-focused therapy. You are looking for therapy because you want real change in your life, right? I want that change for you, too.
I went to school to become a Marriage and Family Therapist because I love relationships! There is no such thing as a lone-wolf. Your life is heavily based on the success of the relationships you have with those around you, so let’s start there!
I feel so privileged to be a part of my clients lives and I see their strength every time we meet. Real change is possible and I love helping my clients see that. I have seen change happen in my own life because of therapy, so I know first hand that it can work and it can make all of the difference.
Who am I?
I’m happy to answer any questions you have about me. (Really though, I’m not easily offended so ask away!) But for the basics- I’m happily married to an awesome, hardworking husband and we work daily to make our relationship great. I’m also the mom to 3 beautiful children who drive me completely crazy a lot of the time but make it all better with hugs and kisses. I like running, adventuring, podcasts, and rocking out to some good music.
If you are ready for change in your relationships, shoot me a message. Make this the moment you look back to a year from now and think “That’s where the change finally started. I’m so glad I did that.”
